One thing that continually amazes me about the blogging world is how you can make friends with people you have never met.
Another Kate, who blogs from Saskatchewan, Canada about her gorgeous garden and musical, artistic life, had a wonderful idea to make a creative writing blog with a collective group of bloggers from all walks of life. Thus, The Created Wor(l)d was born. It’s a place to explore our creative writing skills and for others to enjoy.
Join Kate from Canada and me, Kate from Minnesota, along with Diana, another Canadian in Alberta who writes about her life in her blog Granny Fiddler; Aria in California writing about food on Passionate Nonchalance, Bindi from Australia who covers an eclectic mix on her blog, Epossums; Ingrid in London, England; a writer who loves movies and writes about them on The Girl in the Cafe blog, and another Katie, and another gardener. She lives in Virginia, and writes about her garden life on Gotta Garden.
As with all inspiration, the first story came to me quite quickly and intensely; my current post is now up on The Created Wor(l)d. You can go see it here.

I am really excited about The Created Wor(l)d – and so pleased that you, Aria and Bindi have stories posted. This will be such fun!
After I’ve got my story edited, I’ll get to reading yours more carefully. I love how you write … and how it just poured out! Keep on creating!!
I am looking forward to checking it out!
I’m so sorry I forgot you as an internet friend!!! I hope you can forgive me
Hi Kate, nice to meet you! I’m enjoying reading the stories on The Creted World too. xx
